Jessica Mackay completed her Master of Physiotherapy degree at Sydney University in 2014. Since then, she has worked in both metropolitan and regional areas, gaining diverse experience in an array of physiotherapy areas; musculoskeletal, geriatrics, rehabilitation and women’s health.

Jessica has a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy, assessing and treating a broad range of pelvic floor concerns. She has completed a number of post-graduate courses through the WHTA, expanding her knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction; specifically, urinary disorders, functional bowel disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual pain and dysfunction, pelvic floor birth preparation and postpartum care. Jessica endeavor's to achieve optimal outcomes for her patients by creating an individualised approach to assessment and treatment. She aims to empower women to address pelvic health concerns and reduce any perceived stigmas surrounding these topics. When Jessica isn’t working, you will find her spending quality time with family and exploring the sunny Coffs Coast.
